Careli products are personal convenience devices. When the SOS button is pressed, the device sends a notification to the contact(s) you have set up, over a WiFi connection. Careli does not contact police, ambulance, fire services or any other emergency service. In an emergency, always call 911 (or your local emergency number) directly.

3. Not a Medical Device

Careli products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. If you are pregnant or have a health concern, consult your doctor or healthcare provider.

4. Product Operation

The device requires a working WiFi connection, power and a correctly configured contact to send notifications. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered if the connection is lost, the battery is low, or the receiving phone is off or has notifications disabled. We recommend testing your device regularly.
